Property Equity and Trading
Panther House is an attractive face brick warehouse-style building in midtown London. The existing property comprises 42,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation. Planning consent achieved in 2017 for a 82,000 sq ft mixed use commercial led scheme. The site is located within easy walking distance of King’s Cross and Farringdon stations, linking it to excellent transport as well as the King’s Cross redevelopment.

Kings House is a new 58,000 sq ft grade A office building that was developed speculatively in a joint venture with Kier Property. The building is located in the heart of Hammersmith, one of the fastest-growing boroughs of London and one of the capital’s key commercial and business districts. The development works completed in Q2 2017 and the building is currently being marketed for rent.

Rolling Stock Yard
Investec Property acquired a 25,000 sq ft office building in King’s Cross in 2014. Planning permission was obtained for a full redevelopment of the site into a brand new nine-storey office building. The scheme has been designed by architects Squire and Partners and is due for completion in early 2020.
